Xellos is handing Lina (whose actress played GirlType!Ranma as well as Evangelion's Ayanami Rei, Ikari Yui, and Penpen) a teapot filled with piping hot Josenkyu water. He's a little mixed up about the effect of temperature--but that may be deliberate. I give him the benefit of the doubt on this one, though; Ranko does have attributes Lina would kill for.
